I offer short or long term  work depending on your needs. As a Gestalt therapist, I often bring creativity and experiments into session if this is something you enjoy working with. Or you may prefer a dialogue only approach. Either way, I will adapt counselling to fit you.

Equality and inclusion is prioritised with the utmost respect. I see every client as their own unique individual no matter what minority, diversity, background, disability or difference you may have or identify with. In my practice we are equals with no hierarchy.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) which ensures my practice is meeting ethical, professional and safety standards. I attend regular supervision in line with BACP guidelines.
